856Express to be as reliable and trouble-free as possible, but if you
should experience a problem with your 856Express System your Software
Maintenance Agreement provides you with 24x7 support.
Not only does Supplier Systems Corporation work year round to
improve the 856Express Systems, but we are also available round the
clock to keep you running. During our 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CST business hours you
will have access to our support staff. Outside of regular office hours, our
technicians are on call to respond to your needs.
UCC128 Compliance Labeling and 856 Shipment Notification are now
required for shipping to most major retailers. We will do everything possible
to resolve your 856Express problems as quickly as possible so that you
can get back to shipping to your customers.
